He has got his m.com Graduation from Mysuru university, and M.Phil from Alagappa university, Ph.D. from Bharatiya university, Coimbatore.
He did project work in m.com – A study on employee promotion, in M. Phill A study on performance appraisal in Ph.D A study on customer satisfaction.
