Suchithra .P.G is currently Working as Assistant Professor in Commerce and Administration Department.

She has Completed her Post graduation in Al – Ameen College of Art , Science and Commerce .Bangalore and KSET Qualified ( Commerce ) in 2018 From Mysore University.

She has 7 Years of experience in Academics and she is the Member of time table committee and Anti -ragging committees in Rural college Kanakapura

Kum.Shruthi (M.com,Bed)

Shruthi is Currently working as Assistant Professor in commerce and administration department in Rural Degree College, Kanakapura.

She has completed B.com

In Maharani College, Mysore, and M.com in Government first grade college, Ramanagara.

And she has also completed Bachelor of Education in Sri Nirvanaswamy College of Education Degulamata, Kanakapura.

She has computerized knowledge Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Tally and Outlook) and Knowledge in automated accounting systems including ERP.

As a knowledgeable and innovative professional having 4years of experience as a lecturer in Government first grade college, Kanakapura and has six months experience in Rural degree college Kanakapura.

Swathi.P is presently working as an Assistant

Professor of the Commerce and Administration

Department In the Rural Degree College at Kanakapura.,

She has completed B.com in Shanthi college malavalli and M.com in government college mandya and had certified of computerized Financial Accounting.

Swathi has good work experience in academics.

And she has presented 3 National level seminars.

Dr. Thammannagowda ( M.com, M.Phill, Ph.D.)

Head of the department

Dr. Thammannagowda has 30 years of academic experience and specialised in accounting, marketing, banking and personnel management, and industrial relations.

He has got his m.com Graduation from Mysuru university, and M.Phil from Alagappa university, Ph.D. from Bharatiya university, Coimbatore.

He did project work in m.com – A study on employee promotion, in M. Phill A study on performance appraisal in Ph.D A study on customer satisfaction.

Dr. Thammannagowda have participated in many district level , state level, national level and international level seminars, webinars, conferences and published journals .

He published the International research journal of marketing and economics, in 2016 . and international research journal in Management and commerce in 2017

His achievements like worked as squad chief in the examination of banglore university , works as BOE member ( External ) in banglore central university and Jnana Bharathi . and worked as valuer , reviewer and paper setter in banglore university . and participated as a resource person at MLA college malleshwaram , banglore

Ragini B.R is currently working as an Assistant

professor in the commerce and administration department And a member of the Exam, Debate and cultural committee in Rural college kanakapura.

She has completed her post-graduation in APS

College of commerce Bangalore and Has 10 years of experience in academics.

She played the role of a judge in debate

competitions and also she has worked as an Assistant
NSS officer.

Shama Banu (M.com)

Assistant Professor in Rural Degree College

Shama is currently working as assistant professor in commerce and administration department in
rural college, kanakapura.

She has completed B.com in rural degree college, kanakapura and M.com in international academy of
management and entrepreneurship, Bangalore.

She had a other computerized qualifications like Diploma in office automation and management, tally
ERP 9.0, tally prime.

Her achievements and participations in academics are volunteered in one day international
conference, participation in national quiz competition and completed research project work on
“Adoption of computerized accounting as a major tool with special reference to battery mark” on the
topic of organizational study.

Shama has good working experience in the field of auditing as a auditor assistant and has a six
months experience as “assistant professor”.

Mr. Pavana Kumara TK is currently working as Assistant Professor at the Rural Degree
College, Kanakapura.

He holds M. com (Finance) from St Joseph’s Evening College Bangalore, and he has
completed B. com (Accounting and Taxation) in St Joseph’s Evening College, Bangalore.

He has computer qualification such as Tally ERP9 and MS Excel.

And he has participated in an International Webinar Series organized in St Joseph’s Evening
College.

Mr Pavana Kumara TK has one year of work experience in academics.

Vinutha P R is Currently working as Assistant Professor at the Rural Degree College,
Kanakapura.

She has completed B. com in NMKRV College, Bangalore, and M. com in Rural College
Kanakapura.

Tasmiya Kouser RK is currently Working as Assistant Professor in Commerce and
Administration Department And Member of Exam and sports committee in Rural College
Kanakapura.

She has Completed her Post graduation in Surana College Southend road basavangudi
Bangalore and Has 3 years of Experience in Academics

Shruthi A.B is presently working as an Assistant

Department In the Rural Degree Collage at Kanakapura.,

She has completed Bachelor of commerce at Rural Degree Collage
Kanakapura like as Post Graduation in Accounting and Taxation at
AL-Ameen Institute of Management, Bangalore.

She have been working as an Assistant Professor since from seven
years through this she had vast journey as well as an eternal experience in
this field.

International webinar about Managing Finance and Investments,
Adaptability to changing times on skills, Neuro-linguistic programming
techniques for enhancing teaching effectiveness, Quality sustainability of
the higher education and Machine learning- Scratch Level to Advance.

Smt.Lakshmi Devamma(M.Com, NET)

Mrs. Lakshmidevamma have 3 years of Academic experience and specialized in Accounts
and taxation.

Her assignments includes CA & CS Co-Ordinator, Placement assist, BBA
project Guide, M.com Project Guide, NAAC Committee, Sports committee and also a
website committee member.

Mrs. Lakshmidevamma have got her M.com Graduation from Vasavi Education Trust
