And she has also completed Bachelor of Education in Sri Nirvanaswamy College of Education Degulamata, Kanakapura.

Dr. Thammannagowda has 30 years of academic experience and specialised in accounting, marketing, banking and personnel management, and industrial relations.
He has got his m.com Graduation from Mysuru university, and M.Phil from Alagappa university, Ph.D. from Bharatiya university, Coimbatore.
He did project work in m.com – A study on employee promotion, in M. Phill A study on performance appraisal in Ph.D A study on customer satisfaction.
Dr. Thammannagowda have participated in many district level , state level, national level and international level seminars, webinars, conferences and published journals .
He published the International research journal of marketing and economics, in 2016 . and international research journal in Management and commerce in 2017

Shama is currently working as assistant professor in commerce and administration department in
rural college, kanakapura.
She has completed B.com in rural degree college, kanakapura and M.com in international academy of
management and entrepreneurship, Bangalore.
She had a other computerized qualifications like Diploma in office automation and management, tally
ERP 9.0, tally prime.
Her achievements and participations in academics are volunteered in one day international
conference, participation in national quiz competition and completed research project work on
“Adoption of computerized accounting as a major tool with special reference to battery mark” on the
topic of organizational study.

Mr. Pavana Kumara TK is currently working as Assistant Professor at the Rural Degree
College, Kanakapura.
He holds M. com (Finance) from St Joseph’s Evening College Bangalore, and he has
completed B. com (Accounting and Taxation) in St Joseph’s Evening College, Bangalore.
He has computer qualification such as Tally ERP9 and MS Excel.
And he has participated in an International Webinar Series organized in St Joseph’s Evening
